Meet Dr. Charlene Parks, PMP®
PMP Training Academy was founded by Dr. Charlene Parks, PMP®, a transformation leader, educator, and project management instructor with experience delivering large-scale initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations including Ford, Honeywell Aerospace, Albertsons, and Foot Locker.
Dr. Parks teaches PMP because she believes certification should develop more than test readiness. Her work in enterprise transformation, executive stakeholder management, and classroom instruction shaped an academy model that connects PMI terminology to the judgment project leaders need in real environments.
As an adjunct professor and practitioner, she built PMP Training Academy around scenario-based learning, small cohort support, and practical application so students can strengthen both exam confidence and leadership capability.
